my search and the visits I've made.. |

| VISITS |
 |
| After
my initial visits, I will choose the properties that
most closely match your wish list and set up a series
of visits to show you the properties in person. This
way you waste as little of your time as possible visiting
properties that don't conform to your criteria. |

Iwill
be with you through every step of the process: from
the initial offer, through the purchase price negotiation,
potential requests for bank loans/mortgages, and
finally the "promesse de vente"/promise to sell
between the purchaser and the seller..

| If you have
found different artisans to help you create the home of
your dreams I can help with the planning and renovations
until the final delivery of your new home. |

| FEES |
 |
| Fees are
payable at the signing of the "promesse de vente"/ promise
to sell between the purchaser and the seller. The percentage,
which we will determine together, is calculated based on
the purchase price. A non-refundable advance is required
at the signing of the contract between you and me and is
deducted from the final fees. |
